We keep your key in our office key box for a year and we welcome your renters at the house. After their stay, we take the key back from the renters. This service is valid for one year after your purchase. All gas, car and staff expenses are included in the price.

We advertise your property on our website (and, if you wish to extend your package, on other advertising websites). We track the requests and inform you for the final confirmation. Then we rent your property on behalf of you. This service is valid for one year after your purchase.

We demand a standard security deposit from the renters. We keep this deposit in our office during their stay and we check the house before they leave. If your property remains undamaged, we return the deposit to the renters.If the renters cause any damage in the house, we use the security deposit to fix the damage.

This service includes 4 thorough cleanings of your property. Our housekeeping staff cleans all the rooms, bathrooms/WC, balconies, patios, kitchen, and windows. Also the bedclothes are washed and beds are made for the next visitors. All cleaning material and housekeeping expenses are included in the price.

This service includes 8 one-way transfers from the airport to your property for your renters (up to 4 passengers). All transfer expenses, gas, car, and driver’s fee are included in the price.

This service includes 4 welcome packages for your renters. After the fourth package, there will an extra charge. The welcome package includes water, milk, juice, coke, beer, coffee, tea, sugar, bread, butter, cheese, eggs, jam, and some fruit.
